Im passionate about cancer metabolism and personalized medicine - two areas of cancer research that I believe will transform cancer treatments. I have proven as a researcher with strong potential for independence early in my career. I completed Ph.D. in Safed, Israel at the laboratory of Molecular and Cellular Cancer Biology in Dr. Michael Blank’s Lab. During Ph.D. training, I investigated on the role of E3 ubiquitin ligase SMURF2 in human normal and cancer cell biology. My productivity was superb during PhD training, which took 4 years to complete. I published four first author papers in Oncogene, Cancers, Journal of Enzyme Inhibition Medicinal Chemistry and Analytical Biochemistry and two other publications as co-authors in prominent journals including Aging Cell and Cancer Research. This level of productivity is truly a reflection of my dedication to research and strong work ethic. Biological Science personnel seeking a fulfilling career in the field of research.
